ULTRAQUBEâ„¢ 5-192 – A New Milestone in Scalable Ozone Technology

Today marks a new milestone in ozone technology.

We are proud to introduce the ULTRAQUBE™ 5-192 – the largest modular cold plasma-based ozone generation system on the market, unveiled live this morning at IFAT Munich 2026.

Engineered for industrial-scale water treatment, the ULTRAQUBEâ„¢ 5-192 delivers up to 20 kg of ozone per hour in a single frame, redefining what is possible in scalable, high-concentration ozone production.

Built to Scale – Without the Trade-offs

The ULTRAQUBEâ„¢ 5-192 is designed around a simple but powerful principle: customers should pay only for the capacity they need today, while keeping it possible to expand for the future.

The system scales seamlessly from 5 to 20 kg/h by adding additional reactor rows inside the existing frame. No new cabinet. No new control system. No re-piping. No additional footprint.

This row-based expansion eliminates one of the most persistent challenges in ozone investment: the choice between overinvesting in oversized systems upfront or facing costly retrofits when demand grows. With the ULTRAQUBEâ„¢ 5-192, capacity expansion becomes an upgrade, not a replacement.

The result is significant CAPEX optimization, simplified long-term planning, and the operational flexibility to match capacity to real demand at every stage of a facility’s lifecycle.

Next-Generation Power Density

At the core of the system is the new PCUx6 power unit, which delivers 5 kW per unit – a major progression in power density and efficiency over previous generations. Combined with the modular reactor architecture, the ULTRAQUBEâ„¢ 5-192 produces high-concentration ozone in the range of 7–15 wt% at 1.5–3 bar(g), with energy consumption below 8 kWh per kg O₃.

Capacity ranges from approximately 4,992 g/h to 19,968 g/h, with a 20–100% control range for precise process matching.

Designed for Serviceability

Maintenance access has been a defining priority in the development of the ULTRAQUBE™ 5-192. Four-door access – two doors on each side, with removable center sections secured by just four screws – provides full component access without compromising the IP54 rating.

Equally important is the sectional line isolation design. Gas and water lines can be closed off section by section, allowing individual sections to be serviced while the rest of the system continues to operate. Critical operational information is engraved directly into the aluminum frame, ensuring long-term clarity in the field.

For applications where uninterrupted control is critical, an optional UPS solution keeps the control system live during power outages.

Additionally, safety is deeply integrated in the system architecture, featuring an integrated catalytic ozone destructor that safely neutralizes ozone during emergency stops and depressurization, removing the need for external destruction equipment. Its fail-safe valve design defaults to open, so in the event of a power loss, residual gas is automatically routed through the destructor.
