ULTRAQUBE (5-192) OZONE SYSTEMS

The ULTRAQUBE™ 5-192 is the next generation of modular high-capacity ozone production. With a capacity of up to 20 kg ozone per hour, it is the largest cold plasma-based modular ozone generation system on the market, engineered for industrial-scale water treatment where reliability, flexibility, and long-term scalability are essential.

The system scales seamlessly from 5 to 20 kg/h simply by adding additional rows, without the need for a new cabinet, new control system, or modified piping. Costly retrofits and oversized upfront investments are removed by investing in the capacity needed today and expanding as requirements increase.

An integrated catalytic ozone destructor, cooling water flow measurement, EMC-protected signal cabling, and sectional maintenance design set a new standard for operational safety and serviceability. Gas and water lines can be isolated section by section, allowing parts of the system to be serviced while the rest remain in operation.

The compact form factor and industrial flange connections make integration straightforward, while the optional UPS solution ensures uninterrupted control even during power outages.
