INTRODUCTION

NON-CORROSIVE PEHD UV SYSTEMS

ULTRAAQUA UV closed vessel systems made from high-density polyethylene (PEHD) are ideal for highly corrosive environments and ozone destruction in seawater. Besides their resilience against temperature fluctuations, PEHD materials are also extremely resistant to pressure, salts, acids, oils, and are non-corrosive making them a preferred solution for challenging environments in industrial or aquaculture sectors.

ULTRAAQUA UV PEHD systems can also be equipped with non-corrosive PTFE or corrosion-resistant ÖNORM certified UV sensors. They provide users with additional energy savings with ULTRADOSE™ dose pacing technology. PEHD systems can also be equipped with automatic quartz sleeve wiping technology ULTRAWIPER™, which eliminates the need for manual cleaning, leaving only annual standard maintenance and check-up procedures for the service personnel. All of these design functions were created to accommodate the clients with operational and maintenance savings, and convenience.

All ULTRATOUCH™ control cabinets have a range of closure material options and are designed for even the most challenging industrial environments. The ULTRAAQUA UV systems can be controlled from SCADA via MODBUS™. ULTRADOSE™ pacing technology automatically adjusts UV intensity based on real-time data. High-resolution multicolor touchscreen with UV dose, flow, and power level indicators.  PLC’s event and performance log are saving the information for further analysis.

All ULTRAAQUA UV closed vessel systems can be customized for individual projects – whether it is specific requirements or retrofitting. This includes the reactor in Z, U, or L shapes and their flange diameter in both ANSI and DN measurements. ULTRAAQUA UV control cabinets are also customizable for a range of different climates including the most corrosive or humid air, together with key monitoring parameters.
