Global Aquatics Sales Manager

We are now looking for a Global Aquatics Sales Manager who is passionate about technology, business development, and building strong international relationships.

About the Role

As Global Aquatics Sales Manager, you will play a key role in our continued growth journey. You will be responsible for driving sales and business development of our UV solutions and, to a lesser extent, ozone systems within the following segments:

  • Swimming Pools
  • Waterparks
  • Zoos & Aquariums
  • Fountains

The Aquatics segment is already experiencing significant growth, and we are looking for someone with experience in either UV/ozone technology or the Aquatics industry, who is motivated by creating results and expanding our presence across international markets.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global sales strategies to increase market share and drive sustainable growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners.
  • Take commercial ownership of the Aquatics segment by identifying market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop new business opportunities and strengthen our project pipeline.
  • Work closely with colleagues in Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure the best possible solutions for our customers.
  • Represent ULTRAAQUA at customer meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events worldwide.
  • Travel approximately 40–60 days per year to support customers, partners, and market development activities.

  • Have experience within UV technology, ozone technology, or the Aquatics industry.
  • Have a strong commercial mindset and enjoy working with international sales.
  • Speak and write fluent English. Additional languages are considered an advantage.
  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Can translate technical solutions into clear customer benefits.
  • Thrive in a dynamic and international business environment.
  • Are willing to travel to key markets where growth opportunities exist.
