Global Aquaculture Sales Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Aquaculture Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales business development and expanding our market presence within the aquaculture industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the aquaculture sector.
  • Identify and prioritize key accounts, establish relationships with decision-makers, and drive sales growth through effective account management.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including product demonstrations, training sessions, and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Represent UltraAqua at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services and build brand awareness.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, biology, aquaculture) is a plus but not a requirement;
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the aquaculture industry, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Technical background with a solid understanding of UV and ozone technologies; or other experience with water treatment systems is plus.
  • Familiarity with aquaculture operations and customer needs, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
