Financial Controller

The Role
As a Financial Controller, you will be an important part of the finance department and a close sparring partner to the CFO. You will be responsible for controlling, reporting, and analyses that support decisionmaking across the organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Ongoing controlling and followup on key figures
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
- Budgets, forecasts, and KPI followup
- Cash flow overview and liquidity management
- Cost controlling and production followup
- Project finance and project accounting
- Payroll controlling and reconciliations
- VAT, reconciliations, and contact with auditor/bank
- Process optimization and automation in Excel, Power BI, and Odoo
- Ad hoc tasks
About You
You have a relevant educational background and at least 3 years of experience within controlling or accounting. You are strong in Excel, used to working datadriven, and curious about new tools such as Power BI and Python. You thrive in an environment with development, responsibility, and a high professional standard.
