UltraAqua is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager for Municipal Market in Europe. This role is pivotal in driving business development and expanding our market presence within the municipality sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and increase market share within the municipal market in Europe.
- Identify and prioritize key accounts, build relationships with decision-makers, and drive sales growth through effective account management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Provide support to customers, including product demonstrations, training sessions, and troubleshooting assistance.
- Represent UltraAqua at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services and build brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of UV or ozone technologies is required.
- Familiarity with municipality operations and customer needs, with an ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to communicate in German on a professional level
- Strong solution providing skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
